Shipping Policy :

• Paper Prints purchased by customers in the UNITED STATES will be shipped in tubes via United Parcel Service, Fed-ex, DHL or U.S. Postal Service & paid by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®.

• Canvas Prints purchased by customers in the UNITED STATES will be shipped flat, in a sturdy box, via United Parcel Service, Fed-ex, DHL or U.S. Postal Service & paid by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®.

• Paintings purchased by customers in the UNITED STATES will be shipped flat in a sturdy box or wooden crate via United Parcel Service, Fed-ex, or DHL according to requirements of the art work & paid by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®.

• All artwork purchased by customers outside of the UNITED STATES must contact Marc for additional shipping cost.

Shipping time in the United States is estimated at 2-3 weeks.

Return Policy :

• Prints : Return prints that arrive damaged and another print will be furnished at no additional cost.

• Prints : If unsatisfied with the print then return the print within 15 days of receiving the print, and a full refund will be made.  The cost of return shipping must be incurred by the customer.

• Paintings : If a painting is damaged during shipment a full refund will be made to the customer.  The damaged painting must be returned to the artist in order to receive a refund.  The cost of returning a damaged painting will be incurred by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®.

• Paintings : If the customer is not satisfied with the original painting the painting must be returned within 30 days of receiving the painting, in original condition, with the customer being financially responsible for return shipment and packing, and when received by the artist, in original condition, the customer will be refunded the price paid for the painting.
