Shipping Policy :
Prints will be shipped in tubes via United Parcel Service, Fed-ex, DHL or U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping time of prints should take 2 - 3 weeks.
Paintings will be shipped and packaged by custom freight, United Parcel Service, Fed-ex, or DHL according to requirements of the art work.
Return Policy :
Prints : Return prints that arrive damaged and another print will be furnished at no additional cost.
Prints : If unsatisfied with the print then return the print within 15 days of receiving the print, and a full refund will be made. The cost of return shipping must be incurred by the customer.
Paintings : The cost of shipping and packing of original paintings from the artist to the customer will be paid for by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®. If a painting is damaged during shipment a full refund will be made to the customer. The damaged painting must be returned to the artist in order to receive a refund. The cost of returning a damaged painting will be incurred by Marc Desobeau - Artist of the Rails®.
Paintings : If the customer is not satisfied with the original painting the painting must be returned within 30 days of receiving the painting, in original condition, with the customer being financially responsible for return shipment and packing, and when received by the artist, in original condition, the customer will be refunded the price paid for the painting.
